We train Alexander teachers who teach with a broad range of skills and empathy. We have been pursuing this goal with great joy for more than 40 years. From our experience, we know about the impact of Alexander work on the lives and work of individuals and communities. We want to make this potential accessible to as many people as possible who want to encounter themselves courageously and curiously. So that means you too.

There are intensive and less intensive entry options, from occasional Sunday Alexander Technique Matinees to our Personal Development Program (PDP) to a minimum of four years of training to become a certified Alexander Technique teacher. 

In addition we offer postgraduate training for Alexander teachers, retreats, workshops and private lessons.
